What to Expect

Welcome! We’re excited to meet you. Here’s what to expect from our sales process:

Our schedule is packed.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations can be a sign of problems to come, so we’re strict about this.

You’ll play an active role.

We’ll work closely together to avoid last-minute surprises and frame the problem, solution, and results in your language. Expect to spend 2-4 hours over the next 2 weeks answering questions and sharing feedback.

Ask yourself:

☑ “Does senior leadership agree?”
☑ “Is fixing it really urgent?”
☑ “Can we move in 2-3 weeks?”
